Detailed in this article will be the process of accepting and processing of trade orders received. This will be an overview of the order processing journey
This is a general overview for all orders:
- Order is received:
- By email
- By phone
- Direct onto the customer's system
- Order is printed and placed in the orders to be processed tray
- Orders are put onto the relevant system and released for picking
- Order ID should be entered onto the order form
- Order form is placed in the relevant order processing tray
- At the end of every month app order paperwork is to be archived in the relevant box
